Following is information on building permit, land use, and impact fees. While staff makes every attempt to keep these fee schedules up-to-date there are times when fees have been increased and these increases are not reflected within the fee schedules on this web site.

Building Permit Fees

To ensure that the city is compensated for plan review in cases, where permits are never picked up, a portion of the required plan review fee is charged at time of submittal, as follows:

• Plan review fees will be 65% of the permit fees for all commercial, industrial, mixed use, multi-family with three or more units, single family residences, duplexes. additions, accessory structures for single family residences and duplexes, garages and decks.
