Fee Information
Following is information on building, engineering, and planning fees as well as impact and connection fees. While staff makes every attempt to keep these fee schedules up-to-date there are times when fees have been increased and these increases are not reflected within the fee schedules on this web site.
Building, engineering and planning fees are codified under Chapter 14.15 of the Mount Vernon Municipal Code (MVMC). Impact fees are codified under Chapters 3.36 (School) and 3.40 (Traffic, Parks, and Fire) MVMC. Sewer Connection fees are codified under Chapter 13.12 MVMC.
