TV10 is an informational service, as provided for in the 1994 Cable Act and a franchise agreement between the City of Mount Vernon and AT&T Broadband/Comcast. We are an “Education” and “Government” access station designed to promote local community education, government activities, and community affairs. You can watch our programming on Comcast Channel 10 from anywhere in Skagit County (except Anacortes). Please view our schedule.

Community Bulletin Board
The Mount Vernon Community Bulletin Board is offered as a free public service to promote communication among educational, established non-profit, and governmental sources. Text is displayed throughout the day, seven days a week, during all non-program (taped or live) playback hours. To announce a public event, submit a Community Bulletin Board Request online (or through the mail).
