3. How do I connect to the City's Fiber Optic System?

You need to choose a service provider; and physically connect your building to the system. Mount Vernon has an Open Service Provider Network (OSPN) that allows as many service providers as possible. The 'Fiber Optic Services' page has a current list of service providers.
