The City of Mount Vernon, Washington is soliciting interest from consulting firms with expertise in civil engineering, surveying, permitting, and other related professional services. The City is preparing to begin design efforts on the Hoag/Laventure Intersection Improvements project to include signalization, street improvements, sidewalks, storm water, street lighting and other amenities. The City intends to select the best qualified engineering consultant or consultant team for this work by January 2021; construction is planned for 2022.

- PBS Engineering and Environmental, Inc.
- Reichhardt & Ebe Engineering, Inc.
- Transpo Group
- Transportation Solutions
Firms will be interviewed and results will be posted following selection.
