The City of Mount Vernon is accepting sealed bid proposals for the 2018 Street Improvements Project, TS-2018-002. The estimated project cost is $1.5M and the work must be completed by October 1, 2018, with a project duration of 60 calendar days.

The deadline for submitting bids is May 15, 2018, at 10:00 am. Bids should be submitted to City of Mount Vernon, Finance Director, 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. Bids will be opened at the location and time above.

This Contract provides for the improvement of City streets by planing or excavating bituminous pavement, repairing portions of subgrade, installing and or adjusting new manhole rings and covers, adjusting existing utilities, protecting survey monuments,  paving with HMA, providing temporary traffic control, and other work.
