Why Are the Trees Dying in Skagit County?

Wednesday, January 30 at 6 p.m.
Hillcrest Lodge

Did you miss last month's seminar on why the trees are dying in Skagit County? Kevin Zobrist, associate professor of forestry at WSU, will be back for a repeat lecture on Wednesday, January 30 at 6 p.m. at the Hillcrest Lodge, 1717 S 13th St. Mount Vernon, WA.

Dead and dying trees have proliferated throughout Skagit County and the rest of western Washington. Last year trees were particularly hard-hit, especially western redcedars, causing concern for many property owners. Learn why so many trees are dying right now and what property owners can do.
