Make a Luminary Globe

Pick up your free kit for kids ages 5+ in the Youth Services Department. Each kit includes supplies and directions to make 1 luminary globe. Limit 1 per child, available while supplies last. Bing your luminary and join us on Friday, January 27th at 5pm at the Riverwalk Plaza in downtown Mount Vernon for the annual Illuminight Winter Walk sponsored by Skagit Watershed Council.
