April 3, 2020 Update: 

As of Thursday, April 2nd, Governor Inslee has extended the Stay at Home Order to May 4th, 2020, and the city of Mount Vernon is aligning with this directive.

The library building and book drops will remain closed until at least May 4th.

We have extended all due dates until at least May 20th, 2020, and please don’t worry, we are waiving all fines accrued during the closure (starting from March 24).

Due to the high volume of items that are currently checked out from the library, we have randomly assigned due dates to patrons, between May 20th and May 29th. This is an effort to stagger the amount of items being returned to the library once we reopen. 

To see your exact due date, please login to your account on our website. When you login, don’t forget to input your full library card number without spaces and your default PIN is the last four digits of your primary phone number.

A partir del jueves 2 de abril, el gobernador Inslee ha extendido la orden de "estadía en el hogar" hasta el 4 de mayo de 2020, y la ciudad de Mount Vernon se está alineando con esta directiva.

La biblioteca estará cerrada hasta el 4 de mayo al menos.

Hemos extendido todas las fechas de vencimiento hasta al menos el 20 de mayo de 2020, y no se preocupe, estamos renunciando a todas las multas acumuladas durante el cierre (a partir del 24 de marzo).

Debido a la gran cantidad de artículos que se sacan de la biblioteca, hemos asignado fechas de vencimiento al azar a los usuarios, entre el 20 y el 29 de mayo. Este es un esfuerzo para escalonar la cantidad de elementos que se devuelven a la biblioteca una vez que volvemos a abrir.

Para ver su fecha de vencimiento exacta, inicie sesión en su cuenta en nuestro sitio web. Cuando inicie sesión, no olvide ingresar el número completo de la tarjeta de la biblioteca sin espacio y el PIN predeterminado son los últimos cuatro dígitos de su número de teléfono principal.
