Project Description:
This project provides for the improvement of City Streets by excavating and removing old utility iron, installing and adjusting new utility frames and covers and patching around the utility with HMA.

Project Status:
This project was awarded to Carman's Construction of Oak Harbor, Washington. Work has began on Sept. 24th. The contractor has completed work on Waugh Road and most of the work on Laventure Rd. Beginning Wednesday, October 10th, they will begin working on College Way between N 42nd St and N 18th St working from East to West. There will be lane closures and shifts throughout the work. Work is anticipated to be complete in this section by October 19th.
