Crazy 8s Math Club
Thursdays, September 19 - November 14 from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Grades 3-5

Love math? Hate math? Join the club! Crazy 8s is an after-school math club that teaches math concepts in a fun and engaging way to kids of all math abilities in grades 3-5! Sign up requested. 


Bilingual Storytime
Tuesday, September 24 at 6:30 p.m.
All ages 

Stories and activities to support and strengthen literacy skills in Spanish and English.

Back to the Library Punchcards
September 1 – October 31
Ages 10+

Isn’t it time you got back to the library? Pick up a punch card and discover all the library has to offer. Attend programs, check out new books, and explore our digital collection to earn stamps. Return your completed card to the library in exchange for a $5 gift card*. 


*While supplies last. Limit one per patron. Card must be presented to staff at time of checkout/program attendance. Promotion ends 10/31/19.

Nintendo Switch
Fridays, from 12:30- 4:30 p.m.

Come and play Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Just Dance 2019.


Creativity Lab
Mondays, from 3 - 7:30 p.m.
Ages 10+

Drop-in for an open creativity lab in our new Maker Corner, located in the Young Adult corner of the library. Featured do-it-yourself projects this month include: paracord bracelets, Seahawks perler beads, and duct tape crafts.

Fall Storytime Schedule: September  17 - December 12

Toddler Storytime
Tuesdays @ 10:30 a.m. (September 17 - December 10)
Ages 2 - 3 & caregiver

An interactive storytime featuring early literacy fun with books, songs, fingerplays and body movement. Playtime follows

Preschool Storytime
Wednesdays @ 10:30 a.m. (September 18 - December 11)
Ages 3 - 5 & caregiver

Stories, songs, and movement that incorporate early literacy skills to help prepare children for kindergarten. Extension activities focused on concepts and creativity follow.

Baby Storytime
Thursdays @ 10:30 a.m. (September 19 - December 12) 
Birth - 2 & caregiver

Wiggle and giggle with baby at this fun and interactive storytime. Caregivers will learn a variety of bounces, songs, and fingerplays to use at home to develop baby’s early literacy skills. Playtime follows.


Storytime is an opportunity for parents to introduce their children to reading and language in a fun way. At Storytime, children have an opportunity to do activities that promote development and learning.


REGULAR EVENTS

LEGO Building 
Wednesdays from 3-7:30 p.m.
Saturdays from 2-4:30 p.m.

We supply the LEGOs, you bring your imagination. For ages 3 and up.

Play and Learn
Fridays and Saturdays from 10-11:30 a.m.
Recommended for ages 2-6

Drop-in for self-guided kindergarten readiness activities for caregivers and children to explore together.
