Payment Options

Online Payment Options:  

	Use this option to make a one-time payment using your VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card or Electronic Check. You will receive a confirmation # and payment will post to your utility account within 48 hours.
	Use this option to set up a regularly scheduled payment to be made using your VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card or Electronic Check. You will receive a confirmation # and payment will post to your utility account within 48 hours.

Phone Payment Option:
Pay your bill over the City's dedicated phone line by calling 1-866-571-6963.  This service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

(Please note that there is a $300.00 maximum per transaction for online & telephone payments.)

In Person Option:
Payments can be made by check, cash, debit, or credit at the Finance Department in City Hall located at 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, WA. There is a drop box located in front of the building for your convenience.

By Mail Option:
