Get Involved
The City Council and I encourage you to be involved with our wonderful City in some capacity...whether that is involved in a school, church, service club, or non-profit. There are opportunities within our City Departments. Challenge yourself to move in a direction of service, challenge yourself to be informed.

Pod Management
This year Mayor Boudreau has begun a system of “Pod Management” which involves grouping department directors to work together interdepartmentally towards common goals.  Each department continues on their own specific goals in addition to the group goals.

The Pods are assigned as follows:
Economic Growth – CED, Public Works, Parks, Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources, & Finance

Public Safety – Fire, Police, Information Systems, Attorney,  Human Resources, & Finance

Quality of Life – Library, Parks & Recreation, Human Resources, & Finance
 
All of our pods will continue to meet throughout the upcoming year to work towards meeting their work plan items.
