The Finance Department has partnered with Paymentus Corporation to offer online bill pay for your City utility bill. You may make a one-time payment or set up scheduled payments. To access this feature click on the “Pay Online” button in the left hand column on the City's website.

You may also pay your bill over our new dedicated phone line by dialing 1-866-571-6963. This phone service payment option is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The option of receiving your bill electronically “E-bill” will be available to City utility customers by April 1, 2013.
