Cell phone callers should call (360) 428-3211 to contact the local 9-1-1 center. 9-1-1 dialed calls are sent to towers before they connect with an emergency center. Depending on where the 9-1-1 call is made, it could go to Skagit 9-1-1 or the Washington State Patrol. Both centers are set-up to route the call to the appropriate center.
